IRON SHUTTERS AND GRILLES. PROTECT YOUR DREAMS

The security of Nusco shutters is guaranteed by class 3 anti-theft certification.
Iron shutters are synonymous with security, design, and quality. Aesthetic sophistication and the ability to adapt to all urban environments make security shutters and grilles by Nusco ideal for all sorts of needs, not only for their robustness and resistance, but also and more simply for shading and protection against external weather conditions.

The quality of the steel and raw materials used in our shutter manufacturing make Iron a high-end product, capable of maintaining its functional and aesthetic qualities over time. Iron shutters are available with fixed or adjustable slats, in matte or textured RAL colours, Gothic or embossed, satin or copper-plated, or with wood effects via sublimation.

SHUTTERS

Nusco’s shutters have the following features:

  • Shutters with slats fixed at a 30° angle
  • Cold-galvanized steel
  • Doors made with a 40 mm × 60 mm cross section, 15/10 thickness
  • Fixed slat profile 50 × 10 and 12/10 thickness, slats fastened with 6 mm reinforcement rods.
  • Base in 15/10 galvanized sheet metal, height from 105 to 135
  • Fixed Z frame available in two types: LINEAR and ROUNDED.
  • Barrel hinges, diameter 22 mm, height 140 mm, supplied with pin
  • also available with adjustable slats

GRILLES

Nusco’s grilles have the following features:

  • Removable with bearings (2 per leaf on both windows and French doors)
  • Two anti-theft bolts per window and 3 per French door, three-point follower lock, half cylinder lock with flat key, lever latches in galvanized steel
  • Standard black handles and hinge caps
  • Nylon shutter dog
  • also available with adjustable slats
