Along with its traditional doors, Nusco has also specially created a line of glass doors. This type of door is often used to allow a greater amount of light into rooms that would otherwise be dark. However, glass doors are now increasingly being used to add a special style to the environment where they are installed. They are not just made of glass, however. Glass doors by Nusco are also embellished with Swarovski crystals. As well as echoing the great classics, the line of doors created by designer Matilde Durante revisits tradition using sparkling crystals. Wood thus becomes the ideal frame for glass and crystal. This creates an interplay of spatial continuity between the frame and the door itself, emphasizing its natural linearity in a single harmonious whole.
