Window

The window is made with a leaf assembled at 90° with a mechanical fastening system, 33.1-12-4 4S double-glazing (with fixed stop 33.1-16-4 4S) with a warm edge spacer, and exterior and interior perimeter finished with neutral silicone seals.

Steel anuba hinges with gold- and/or silver-coloured finish, 14-mm diameter, gold- and/or silver-coloured aluminium DK handle on the upright of the opening leaf without clamp, with central coupling of symmetrical leaves on windows with two or more leaves.

‘Maico multi-matic’ silver-coloured steel strip hardware with 3 points of closure and upper and lower latches for double-leaf windows. The wooden rebate profile with bronze-coloured aluminium drip trim and side clip-on caps has a total height of 90 mm.

French doors:

The French doors are made with a leaf assembled at 90° with a mechanical fastening system, with an intermediate crosspiece 1000 mm above the floor and two lower crosspieces (base).

The lower part has 33.1-10-33.1 4S double glazing while the upper part has 33.1-12-4 4S glazing with warm edge spacer.

In the fixed stop solution, there are three lower crosspieces with 33.1-15-33.1 4S double glazing and no intermediate crosspieces.

Exterior perimeter finished with neutral silicone seals. Steel anuba hinges with gold- and/or silver-coloured finish, 14-mm diameter. Gold- and/or silver-coloured aluminium DK handle on the upright of the opening leaf without clamp, with central coupling of symmetrical leaves on windows with two or more leaves.

Rebate profile in bronze-coloured aluminium (height 25 mm in line with Law 13/89 on the elimination of architectural barriers) and additional seal on the base of the door.

Painting consists of three coats of water-based paint. Interior trim only, cross section 60 mm × 10 mm, rounded on two sides.
